Foreclosures Expert app for iPhone and iPad

Foreclosure Expert (powered by SimpleForeclosures.com) was created to allow home searchers to ask questions about the foreclosure buying process directly to real estate agents and lenders, to help simplify the process. The App also has search capabilities to see homes and foreclosures that are active on the market and ask questions, view photos, get directions, and more for each property. This App shows all available photos for each property. Foreclosure Expert also has daily updates on its foreclosures. Also, users can sort the results by foreclosures, short sales, time on the market, etc. to keep up to date. Searching can be done custom by city and state, zip code or by Nearby, which displays the foreclosures near you in map view. The “Get Directions” feature on the Foreclosure Expert app is also useful for searching for homes on the go.
